Actress Lynn Redgrave Died at 67. AP reports that actress Lynn Redgrave died of breast cancer at age 67. Lynn Redgrave is a 1960s sensation as was popularly known as the "Georgy Girl". She was praised for the dramatization of her troubled experience through her one-woman stage performances such as "Shakespeare for My Father" and "Nightingale".
 
Lynn Redgrave's children released the following statements on their parent's demise:
"Our beloved mother Lynn Rachel passed away peacefully after a seven year journey with breast cancer," "She lived, loved and worked harder than ever before. The endless memories she created as a mother, grandmother, writer, actor and friend will sustain us for the rest of our lives. Our entire family asks for privacy through this difficult time."
